"Nice staff, but the goalposts kept moving"
The staff was friendly once I actually got a response, but getting answers took longer than I expected. On top of that, some of the info wasn’t very clear, and it felt like the goalposts kept moving a bit before the event. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just more frustrating than it needed to be.

I went sometime in late spring, I think maybe April or May, and the guest lineup was really good. The programming was decent overall, but some of the panels got crowded, so it was hard to fully enjoy a few of them. Still had a good time, though.

"Super easy to plan my con day"
I used comic-con.org a ton before the event, and honestly... it made planning so much easier. The schedule was really clear, updates showed up fast, and I didn’t feel like I was scrambling between panels. A few times did change, which happens, but they were easy to spot and adjust for. Overall, it helped me stay organized and have a really great con.

"Badge registration went smoother than I expected"
I got my Comic-Con badge through Comic-Con, it was a lot less painful than I thought it would be. I was expecting the waiting room to be a mess, so that part was still a little stressful, but the instructions were clear and checkout went through without any problems. The confirmation email showed up quickly too. Overall, for something I assumed might be frustrating, it ended up being a smooth experience

"I had a good time..."
I had a good time checking everything out, the exhibitors were cool and there was some fun merch I actually wanted to grab, but the booths got really packed fast and the merch lines just kept getting longer so I ended up spending way more time waiting around than I expected.

"Kind of pricey, but still worth it"
I thought the tickets were a little expensive at first, but for what I got, it was still good for the price. The site was super easy to use, which I appreciated, even though I was slightly annoyed about the cost. In the end, I had a really fun time, so I can’t complain too much

"I used Comic-con.org while planning my trip..."
I used Comic-con.org while planning my trip with my brother, and it made things a lot easier. The schedules and crowd info were clear for the most part, and once we got there, the staff seemed to do a decent job keeping the lines from turning into total chaos.
That said, some of the waits were still brutal, especially for the big panels and getting in during the morning rush. It’s definitely not a perfect setup, but considering how massive the event is, I thought it was handled well. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Works fine overall, just a little clunky at times"
I’ve used it a few times now and overall it does what I need. The pages load well, and I was able to find my ticket info without much trouble. It can feel a bit clunky here and there, but nothing that stopped me from getting things done...

"Just a heads up for anyone going..."
Just a heads up for anyone going there: it’s easy to get around as long as you actually follow the signs. They helped me a lot, so don’t ignore them or you might end up wasting time looking around.
